Using Workspace Specific Links to Personalize and Redirect Templated Links with Dynamic URLs

With Dynamic URLs, admins can create templated content that automatically personalizes and links back to your advisors’ websites when published, encouraging prospects and customers to interact with the advisor’s website on a more frequent basis. Therefore, admins can create a single post that is personalized automatically for each and every one of their advisors and agents.

When attaching a link to a post, admins can adjust the URL to transform a generic link into a personalized post for the end-user. For example, if the post's intention is to spread awareness about the organization's Sites, the post can personalize itself for the specific end-user sharing it. The end result is a universal post that becomes more personal and specific once the end-user has shared it.

1. Log in to yext In the Administration view, click (Create > Suggested Posts > New Post)

2. In the Post Text box, enter in a URL into the text box. Depending on your use case, this could be your corporate site, a general intake form, or a “find an advisor” page.

3. Your URL will generate a summary card, complete with image, headline and brief description. And below, in the Workspace Specific Link section is where you can include the Dynamic URL.
