    • If multiple posts are scheduled for the same time, click on a post/cover card (weekly view) or time block (monthly view) and all posts appear in the scheduling popup.
  2. In the popup, you can do any of the following for one or more posts:
    • Change the time
    • Change the day
    • Delete the post
  3. Click Save.

Filtering the Planner

You can filter for results within the calendar based on the post criteria or the campaign.

The Planner defaults to showing campaigns and posts for all hierarchies. If you need to change the hierarchy or region, change it in the Hierarchy drop down.

Post Filtering

The Campaign Post filter works the same way as the filter in the Post Library, where you can find posts based on criteria like type, status, or channel.

To filter for posts in the Planner:

  1. On the Plan page, in either the weekly or monthly view, click Filter
  2. Select which filter criteria to apply to the posts.
  3. Click Save.

In the weekly view, only posts that meet the specified criteria are visible.

In the monthly view, posts that meet the specified criteria and their campaigns are visible.
