You can clone an existing piece of Suggested Content in the Library This feature copies the piece of content, allowing the admin to edit or modify the cloned content before adding it to the library.
To clone content:
- Go to the Create page of the Administration view.
- In the suggested post of your choice, click the three dots symbol at the top right corner of it.
- Select Clone. This opens an identical copy of the original post with a Suggest Post button.
- Make any modifications to the current content or selected settings.
- Click the Suggest Post button in the lower-right corner of the Publisher tool to complete this process.
Note: Depending on your organization’s compliance and regulatory policies, you may need to select the Request Approval button in the lower-right corner of the Publisher tool for the suggested post to be approved prior to it being available in an advisor or agent's Post Library.
